Course: Tuning Into Kids

Tuning In To Kids is a six-week emotion based parenting program, developed by The University of Melbourne. The course focuses on how to identify, communicate and teach children about feelings. In particular, practical strategies for managing anger and anxiety will also be provided. Children who are able to identify and regulate their emotions have been shown to do better academically and socially. There is also evidence that these skills can help children to develop into resilient adolescents and adults.

A six-week course by Alpha International set in a fantastic atmosphere.

It is the same with marriage. A strong, loving and lifelong relationship doesn’t happen by chance. It takes effort and dedication to keep the fun and romance alive. We can all learn how to make even the happiest marriage better.

You will share an evening meal while listening to practical talks that are informative and fun, either given live or played on DVD. There is never any group work and you will never be asked to share anything about your relationship with anyone other than your partner.
