How do we grow churches in communities where people speak different languages and come from different cultures? Do we try and keep everyone together or separate them into groups? This seminar explores the tensions between homogeneous unit and multi-ethnic models of church growth, each of which has advantages and difficulties.
David Williams leads the training ministry of the Church Missionary Society of Australia, based at St Andrew’s Hall in Parkville. He also teaches missiology at Ridley College. He and Rachel served with the Anglican Church in Nairobi, Kenya for 9 years where David was Principal of Carlile College.
